The California-based multi-instrumentalist creates psychedelic mixed-media experiences and environmental art. He is pursuing a Master’s of Science in Media Arts and Technology at UCSB, researching bio-acoustics and digital signal processing for immersive media.

His most recent work, “Suite For Suite for Drowning,” is an hour-long electroacoustic chamber concert album.

In 2023 Lucian released, Riparian Forms, an album of avant-garde soundscape ecology chamber music. The project sonifies remote locations along the California Coast.

His side projects include soundsculpture experiments, Max MSP chamber performances, nomadic desert wandering music, and granular soundscapes.
